Refund/Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if your order is canceled prior to shipping. To cancel, please reply to the email you received containing your order number.
The Potter Collector reserves the right to change the price of or markdown any item(s) that have not been sold. No partial refunds or price matching will be given for any sold item(s) due to price changes.
Shipping Policy: Both domestic and international purchases are sent with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
All items will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise notified. Tracking will be
available once the item(s) has been sent.
Return Policy: All sales are final. If there is an issue with your purchase or an item is damaged,
please email and I will be happy to help with a solution.
